Terms of Service

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the operator of Stockli. They apply together with our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle personal data.

Features may change, move, or be discontinued without notice. We may offer guest browsing, demo data, or read-only modes when live integrations are unavailable. The service does not execute trades, hold funds, or open brokerage accounts on your behalf.

All content — including prices, NAVs, fundamentals, fund holdings estimates, screener results, scores, predictions, AI-generated summaries, and portfolio suggestions — is provided for general information only.

• We are not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, or portfolio manager.
• No feature constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.
• Past performance, back-tests, prediction accuracy, or simulated paper trades do not guarantee future results.
• You alone are responsible for your investment decisions and for complying with applicable laws and exchange rules.

Automated outputs may be incomplete, outdated, biased, or factually incorrect. AI models do not know your financial situation, risk tolerance, or objectives. See About for a feature-level overview.

You agree not to rely solely on AI text or automated scores when making material financial decisions, and to independently verify all numbers against official sources.

• Quotes and index levels may be delayed (often around 10 minutes) and can differ from your broker’s terminal.
• Fundamentals, corporate actions, and fund holdings may lag official filings.
• Currency, unit, and formatting conversions can introduce rounding differences.
• All data is supplied “as is” and “as available” without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

Always confirm with PSX, MUFAP, the relevant AMC, or your broker before trading.

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be old enough to legally enter contracts and hold a brokerage account in your jurisdiction.
• One person should not share login access with others; notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, bulk-download, or resell market data obtained through the service.
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures.
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt infrastructure.
• Use the service for unlawful purposes or to harass others.
• Misrepresent Stockli outputs as licensed research or guaranteed returns.

The Stockli name, logo, interface, and original content are owned by the operator or licensors. Market data remains subject to the rights of its respective sources. You receive a limited, revocable licence to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Portfolio data you enter remains yours; you grant us the licence necessary to store, process, and display it back to you (including through AI-assisted summaries you request).

The service is provided free of charge on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility with every device or browser. Maintenance, upstream outages, or market holidays may affect data freshness.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stockli and its operator disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, or data loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if continued provision poses security or legal risk. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.
